Terms of use

horrordisco.com is a music and software site operated by Horror Disco. These terms cover access to the current public website and downloads, first-party drop pages, and outbound platform links it offers.

Current free access

Music streamed from this site and macOS software linked from this site are currently provided at no cost for personal, non-commercial use. Downloading and keeping a copy is fine when a download action is offered for a release, tool, or file. Sharing the link with someone is fine. Re-uploading the files to a different distribution platform under your own name is not.

Music downloads may require a signed-in account and a server-side access grant. Image downloads are disabled for now even when image browsing is available to signed-in accounts.

Fan accounts

Fan accounts are for account-only features such as gated browsing, downloads, passkeys, and recovery. You must provide a verified email address before an account is complete. Usernames are internal handles, not public profile pages. Choose an internal username that does not impersonate Horror Disco, support, legal, platform services, releases, or another person.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a fan account. If you are under 18, do not create an account.

Software

Software (e.g. AirMixa) is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk. We're not liable for data loss, downtime, or any other indirect damage caused by running the software.

External services

The site links to third-party platforms (Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, Patreon, ElasticStage, the macOS App Store, etc.). When you follow those links you're subject to the destination service's terms, not ours. Horror Disco may record an outbound click on a first-party page, but streams, purchases, subscriptions, accounts, refunds, and delivery after the click are handled by the destination service.

Drop signups

First-party drop pages may let you claim a release update, unlock, notification, or campaign message by submitting contact details and consent choices. A drop signup is not a purchase, does not guarantee availability on an external platform, and does not reserve paid goods unless the specific drop page says so.

Release email marketing, offer email marketing, SMS marketing, and ads measurement are separate consent choices. SMS consent is covered by the Mobile Terms. You can contact info@horrordisco.com to withdraw consent or request help with a drop signup.

Intellectual property

All original music, artwork, software, and text on this site is © 2026 Horror Disco unless otherwise noted. Personal-use copies are explicitly permitted; commercial use, sync licensing, sampling for redistribution, or re-uploads to other platforms require written permission from info@horrordisco.com.

Future paid offers

Horror Disco may later add direct digital purchases, supporter subscriptions, or other paid offers on this site. No paid checkout or subscription billing is active today. Additional terms covering payment, delivery, refunds, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and provider responsibility will be added before any paid surface goes live.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
