Fro Effeckt keeps getting better and better. He’s just dropped a new original and for free too. it’s bullshit good with some tidy little fills that will leave you with the same face as the artwork. grab a copy before its gone.
Really cool electro / techno style remix of the classic tune from 1988 What time is love by The KLF (maybe some of you trance heads will know it?). Certainly pretty well done remix and a seriously cool bumping drop thats not too over the top. Pre-peak to peak time weapon this one and best of all its a free download for the time being. Get involved.
Sex Panther, an duo out from L.A. take a lil bouncy melbourne spin on Martin Garrix & Jay Hardway’s single ‘Wizard’. As a gift for the holidays (especially for all you naughty degenerates who received coal in your stockings) Sex Panther is undoubtedly a name that will be continued to be mentioned all over the interwebz as each remix of theirs bangs.

Well you knew someone was going to do it, and of course it had to be Victor Niglio. The Shower Snapchat Master is at it again with his wild edits and this time it’s Showtek’s ‘We Like To Party’ that gets the special treatment. Niglio dialed up the classic ‘We Like To Party’ from the Venga Boys and twisted it up with this new jam. Can’t wait to hear this one drop live. Free download of course!

Tommy Trash is a fucking lad. He must be feeling extremely generous today because he decided to give his fans his new, insanely cool tune titled “Fuckwind”. It’s an absolute banger but we’ve come to expect nothing less of Australian electro god. “Fuckwind” takes you on an energetic musical journey as the song progresses, almost sounding like Tommy Trash squeezed a few jaw-dropping house anthems into one mind-blowing tune before giving it away for free.
Deorro (Formally known as Tonic) is currently touring and doing a shit load of dates world wide. I would highly recommend catching him if he comes to your town / city / slum / place of residence. Check the pic below for all his tour dates this time round. Also keep an eye out as he has a few new release’s coming up and they are sure to be instant bombs as he is currently charting on beatport like a freaking champ!
In the past couple of years we have seen a surge of fresh, techno artists arise from the streets of France. With the huge success of Ed Banger Records one would have to question how long before someone else can come out and challenge them for top dog in France. This has come in the way of Bromance Records.
Boasting a lineup that includes artists such as Brodinski, Gesaffelstein, Monsieur Monsieur, LOUISAHHH! and more, Bromance is taking strides in the right direction – and looking as cool as ever whilst doing so. The whole gang make a very dark and grim brand of techno not yet seen before in this world. The tracks typically build up a little quicker than your traditional techno and have elements of electro, hip hop/trap. The atmosphere created is the real beauty of these tracks as the audience becomes engrossed with a feeling of uncertainty throughout the whole track.
Some great examples of this kind of music are
These are just two examples of the ever-growing pool of Bromance-brand techno.
But where else do you go from this? Well obviously finding underground artists would be the next step. There aren’t many but there are a few we have uncovered and here they are:
Klangfarbe Antifiend from Germany does this really well. Here is an example:
In Australia, the growing techno scene has seen these tunes emerge to the forefront of the soundcloud universe:
Light Year and The Finger Prince do a sexy number on Boys Noize’s track, Lemonade:
Australian new boy, Stephane who has been a breakthrough on Unearthed:
And finally Go Freek remix Craig Williams to create a monster tune:
Well here’s a couple of sick cunts that clearly know where the party is. Trawling through their bootlegs it’s clear that anyone around for their sets is clearly up for some serious fun face melt action. I’ve been complaining a lot lately about the lack of “good” bootlegs & mashups. These Bad Habitz bootlegs have silenced me, not only have the silenced me, they practically threw a party down my throat and shat confetti on my face. Fucking. Legends.
DMH combines two of the biggest tracks going around at the moment to add some bounce to Avicii’s latests single Wake me Up, this one has been smashing dance floors across the country. This is a must have mashup for all you dj’s!
Quite a simple bootleg but it certainly offers up a pretty neat alterinative if you’re getting sick of hearing the amazing original that is Martin Garrix – Animals.
